Three Bridgeport boys basketball players have been selected for the West Virginia Sports Writers Association's Class AAA all-state team, released Thursday.

Junior
Anderson McDougal jumps to the first team after an honorable mention nod a season ago. McDougal scored 15.1 points per game this season. He put up 17 points on 7-for-13 shooting in the state quarterfinal win over East Fairmont before shining in the semifinal loss to North Marion with 18 points and five boards.

Juniors
Aryon Dodd and
Gavin Williams picked up honorable mention honors.

Dodd led Bridgeport in scoring at 15.2 points per game and hit a team-best 66 3-pointers while also averaging 3.4 rebounds a game with 21 total steals and 22 of Bridgeport's 32 total blocked shots.

Williams put in 12 points a contest with 38 made 3s, 3.5 rebounds and 2.8 assists a night.
