The Bridgeport junior varsity team capped another unbeaten season with a 37-13 win over Fairmont Senior on Monday night at East West Stadium in Fairmont. The Indians have not lost a J.V. game since the 2019 season, while going undefeated for the last five seasons.

In fact, that's how Bridgeport scored first on the game's first play as Spatafore found Sawyer Culicerto on a 68-yard catch and run. Jackson Nicewarner added the point after kick to make it 7-0.
The defense forced a four-and-out aided by a tackle for loss by Brilin Ford-Parker. The offense would score again on a 25-yard field goal from Jaylen Brown to make it 10-0 with 5:53 in the opening quarter.
Spatafore threw a 22-yard touchdown pass to Max Conley to build the lead to 17-0. Roman Lopez, who led the Indians with 95 rushing yards on the night, scored next from one yard out with 0:24 to play in the first half.
