Box Score The Bridgeport defense forced four first-half turnovers, including three on the first three Parkersburg South possessions as the Class AAA No. 3 Indians remained unbeaten with a 56-21 victory Friday night  against Class AAAA No. 4 Parkersburg South at the Erickson All-Sports Facility/
 
The Indians, now 7-0, likely secured their state-record streak of consecutive seasons making the playoffs to 32. With the loss, Parkersburg South falls to 4-2.
 
Alex Moses had two first-half rushing touchdowns in his first game back after missing three with an injury. Josh Love had one rushing touchdown and recovered two fumbles in the first half. Jack Spatafore threw a 22-yard touchdown pass to Tim Jeffress and intercepted two passes in the first half.
 
The Patriots cut the BHS lead in half in the third quarter on two touchdown catches by Devon Forshey.
 
Moses responded with the second, though, with a 78-yard kick return for a TD, as the two teams traded blows the rest of the quarter. 
 
Jeffress got a 30-yard TD run to put Bridgeport up 42-21. He later added a 17-yard TD run and Moses scored a fourth touchdown on a 55-yard run to make it 56-21.
 
The Indians are back in action in Week 7 with its Homecoming game at Wayne Jamison Field against Preston.
