Head coach Robert Shields has led the Indians baseball program for 36 seasons and has won 9 state championships. Under Shields, the Tribe has won state titles in 1993, 2000, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2021.Shields overall record going into the 2024 season is 896 wins and 261 losses.
