The Indians scored 10 runs over the final three innings to knock off AAAA opponent University in Morgantown on Wednesday. Jacob Stavarkis knocked in three of those runs as a part of the Indians 9 hits off UHS pitching. Kasen Baun, went 2 for 4 at the plate and Steve Lee and Guy Avolio combined to allow just 4 runs on 10 hits with 3 strike outs.

Earlier in the day, the Indians rallied from a 7-0 deficit in a game that was resumed from earlier in the season due to rain. The Tribe got three hits from senior Sam Goodwin in the come from behind 10-7 win at East. Sam Romano also notched two hits and three RBI in the win. 

Bridgeport will travel to Big 10 rival and regional opponent Robert C. Byrd on Thursday at Noon.
